GENERAL

1. What is De Vroomen Holland Garden Products?
De Vroomen Holland Garden Products is a growing company exporting flower bulbs and perennials from the Netherlands with sales to a wide variety of customers. De Vroomen Holland Garden Products' main office is located in Lisse Holland, with a US office located in Russell Illinois. In 2000, we celebrated our 75th anniversary.

2. Which countries does De Vroomen export to?
Most of our customers are in the U.S.A. Also Canada, Great Britain and Ireland are important trading areas. A small part of our sales are located in the rest of Europe (e.g. Sweden) and Japan.

3. Is De Vroomen a large company?
When you think of our range of customers and the countries we trade on, you could call De Vroomen a rather large company. However, we treat our customers in a personal way like a small company would. In 1925, we started of as a small, personal company and through the years we have always helt this personal treat in esteem.

4. Is De Vroomen different enough?
We (and our scouts) travel around the world searching for new varieties. By watching the markets on the continents we supply, we can signal new trends and act quickly to supply new and exciting varieties to our customers.

5. What kind of customers does De Vroomen have?
De Vroomen sells her products to retailers, growers and landscapers.

CATALOGS

1. Which are the De Vroomen catalogs?
We publish 4 catalogs a year:
- Spring Flowering Catalog (= Fall Catalog)
- Summer Flowering Catalog
- Perennial catalog
- Landscape catalog
All 4 catalogs are full colour and include pictures of the products.
Also, for some products we provide special flyers, like peonies.

2. Are there prices in the catalogs?
No, since we supply to many countries with different currencies we print seperate pricelists/orderforms. For the U.S.A., Canada, Great Britain and Europe, we have catalog prices in the currencies that apply for these specific regions.

3. When do the catalogs come out?
We cannot give you exact dates, but this website will keep you up to date on the availability of new catalogs.

4. Can I get the catalogs for free?
Yes you can. The catalogs are for free for our customers and potential customers.

5. I would like a catalog. How can I get one?
You can order catalogs via this website or you can contact us and ask for the catalogs.

ORDERING

1. When can I order?
This depends on the product you are ordering and the delivery date you choose. Exact dates are to be found in the catalogs.

2. How can I order?
When you receive your catalog(-s), you will find an order form in it. Fill in the order form and fax or mail it to one of our offices. Also, you can contact us to request a sales representative to contact you. He can tell you more about our products, ordering and special prices and will answer all your questions.

3. Is there a minimum order amount/quantity?
This depends on the catalog and category you are ordering from. A handling and shipping charge for orders less than the minimum will be added.

4. Can I order on-line?
No you can't. But this surely is an item which we keep an eye on for the future.

5. Can I change my order?
All orders will be confirmed with delivery dates as close as possible to the requested delivery date. Since we need time to pack your order and ship it from Holland, we will need 6 weeks lead time to change any orders or delivery date from the original confirmation. You can change your order or delivery date before these 6 weeks.

6. Do I get tags/labels with my order of perennials?
We can provide tags/labels for all our perennials. These tags come complete with an actual picture of the variety and information such as height, bloom time, plant location and cultural tips.

7. Do I get free promotional material with my order?
This depends on the catalog you are ordering from, when you are ordering and the products you are ordering. E.g. with bulb bulk collections we include free bulb bags, a poster set and promotional handouts.

PRODUCTS

1. What products does De Vroomen offer?
De Vroomen sells bulbs and perennials. For bulbs, we also supply retail packaging and promotional material. For perennials, we also supply tags/labels.

2. Does De Vroomen offer a lot of varieties?
We currently offer a total of around 1200 varieties in our different programs. Besides we can also almost always offer you your special requests, because our staff is very gifted in tracking down bulbs and perennials at nurseries all over the country and even across our Dutch borders.

3. Where can I find your product information?
You can find information about our products in the product section of this website. Also, you can find this information in our catalogs. Or just contact us! Our product specialists will help you out with all your questions.

4. Where can I find product prices?
You will find product prices in our catalogs. Also, you can contact one of our sales representatives. He can tell you all about our products and the prices.

5. Does De Vroomen offer quality products?
Ofcourse you are the only one who can judge our quality to your own quality requirements. But what we can garantee, is that De Vroomen does its very best to offer you products which are of the best quality.
